Being an adult is hard work. We have responsibilities, duties, obligations, endless to-do lists, and worries.
With modern pressures to be efficient and effective, and a society that is driven on busyness, we forget the importance of being still and present to develop depth in our everyday experiences. Like the butterfly amongst the shrubs, we will only see its beautiful presence when we offer our presence to it, rather than seeing its blurred image with the background. So too, presence born from mindfulness allows us to be here to see and experience life with more peace, wonder, depth, detail and joy.
Develop and deepen the skills of mindfulness and openness in these half-day mindfulness workshops. Learn to be in touch with your body and mind so as to live with prescence, to nourish your inner happiness, your family life, friendships, work life and community.
