Holistic Wellbeing Course by Sister Emerald

An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Tuesday, repeating until October 10, 2017
The Buddha taught four kinds of nutriments required for any living being to grow and maintain life. This teaching is most succinctly explained in the Sutra on the Four Kinds of Nutriments, utilising four striking metaphors. The four nutriments are: food that is edible; food of sense impressions; food of volition; and food of consciousness. Join us in this 6-week holistic wellbeing course as we explore how these four nutriments supports our wellbeing holistically in body, heart and mind. In each session, Sister Emerald will give a teaching based on the Sutra and lead us in meditation.
