Mindful Life, Happy Life Course

Our weekly Mindful Life, Happy Life Course explores different topics relevant to modern life living to reveal ways in which we can better understand our life and ourselves, create more mindful and joyful moments in our day, and learn about how the Buddha’s teachings can be applied to integrate our spiritual practice in our daily lives. The class will also include a meditation session led by the speaker, so participants can learn and develop their meditation. Each week, we will explore different types of meditation and explain the instructions as well as benefits of the different types of meditation. These small classes offer participants an opportunity to ask questions and share their experiences to make the class relevant to those present.
This is a drop in class, so no need to RSVP, though we encourage you to check our website or Facebook page regularly for any changes or a announcement.
