Strategies to deal with the mind

July 10, 2018 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

3 July: Mind like a Rat in a Bucket – Practical advice for dealing with a crazy mind – which is the first of many battles for any meditator.

10 July: Help, Someone Stole My Mind – Practical advice for dealing with a dull mind. This kind of mind state arises once you get used to sitting, but are not yet accustomed to arousing energy. Later in meditation, it also appears as a (wrong) form of emptiness.
