In this two-week course, we will explore ways to help us make sense of our past, our loss and our perceived mistakes, so as to transform these experiences to allow us to begin again with lightness, understanding, and hope. Whether you are working through some difficulty, a separation, ‘stuckness’, negative habitual thought patterns, or other challenges, this class will help you bring light to them in a safe way, and guide you through them, so you can start your new year beginning anew.
