Allow nature to inspire your spiritual practice and wellbeing on this coastal walk in Bundeena. Participants will be gently guided through group meditation and reflections along different parts of the walk, as well as time for their own practice and creative expression. Meet likeminded friends and reconnect with the Metta Centre community. The walk is very easy and open to all ages. We will meet at Jibbon Beach, then start the walk towards Jibbon Head, stopping along the way including at the Jibbon Aboriginal Rock Engravings. We will have time at Shelley Beach to rest, write, share, or you can choose to walk the Jibbon Loop again with one of our facilitators. After the walk, you are welcome to join us for lunch.
- Limited numbers due to Covid restrictions so booking is essential. If you are unable to make it please release your tickets so others can come.
- If you wish to join us for lunch please BYO lunch or purchase from local shops
- You can drive, or catch a train to Cronulla station then take the ferry to Bundeena Ferry (Please note that limited people are allowed on each ferry so allow extra time for travel if taking the ferry)
