Healing Relationships Course
July 23 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
One event on July 23, 2019 at 7:00 pm
Every moment we are encountering a relationship. Whether that is a relationship with those in our presence, in our minds, or with ourself. Some of those relationships may be happy and joyful, and others far from being so. When our relationships are unstable or difficult, it can be instability in our minds and in other areas of our life. This three-week course will explore the things that make our relationships difficult, and give tips on how to foster more loving and stable relationships with our loved ones, our family, friends, colleagues, strangers, and importantly…ourselves. In developing important qualities that make us good friends and companions, we can heal old wounds, learn forgiveness, and develop stronger and more centred relationships.
