Luang Por's workshop in Malaysia

About the teacher

Ajahn Jamnian (or Luang Por Jamnian) is a Theravada Thai Buddhist monk and Dhamma teacher in the Thai Forest Tradition. Ajahn Jamnian teaches in a unique style teaching drawing directly from the Suttas (the teachings of the Buddha) and giving practical examples from his personal experience.

Charismatic, happy, and wise, he teaches with limitless energy and boundless love and compassion. In this unique-styled retreat, you will learn how we can use every situation as an opportunity to practice “steering ourselves back to the Middle Path.”

He travels the world teaching Vipassana practice for over 20 years and will come to Australia to share his wisdom from over 50 years of Middle Way practice. This is the only retreat of his 2017 Australia visit that suits English speakers.
