The concept of emptiness in Buddhism regularly brings up confusion–is it a form of annihilation where there is a great nothingness, or a form of illusionism where no things exist? Or is it a state of mind, meditative absorption, or liberation? Ajahn Sadaro will offer some reflections on emptiness, and how we might practice to recognise it.

About the speaker: Ajahn Sādaro ordained in the forest tradition in Thailand in 2006. After practicing throughout SE Asia, he returned to Australia in 2015 and now resides at Newbury Buddhist Monastery in Melbourne.
