Join our weekly yoga sessions to bring balance to our mind, body and heart, with these beautiful sessions led by Khanh. Khanh has had 7 years of experience, trained in the Hatha style of Satchitananda tradition, the most original style of Yoga from Mangroove Mountain in India. She is passionate about bringing the purest form of yoga into her teaching. With clear and gentle instruction, Khanh will guide you through a meditative and holistic journey in her class to achieve both physical and metal refinement in Hatha and Kundalini style.

Cost: By donation; your generosity supports the Metta Centre and the yoga instructor
