Be my Valentine: Don’t seek Love but be Love
In this two week course, we will explore the theme of love: the seeking, the highs and lows, the conflicts and ways to heal those conflicts, developing a deeper kind of love known as Metta (Loving Kindness), bringing your spiritual practice into your relationships, and how to stop chasing after love but to be love. Participants will be guided through meditation, exercises, and open discussions with plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
