This ShivFlow Yoga Class is led by Shweta Dhawan. Shweta has been practicing yoga since 2006. She did a 350 hour breath-centred Hatha yoga teacher training in the classical tradition of T. Krishnamacharya from the Yoga Institute in Cammeray.
