Book Release! Luminous Awareness: Wisdom of The Tibetan Book of the Dead
Presenter: Pema Düddul (from Queensland)

Online only: link below
Cost: By Donation
In this talk Pema Düddul, a Buddhist chaplain and author, will discuss how to apply the mystical teachings from The Tibetan Book of the Dead to our everyday experience and bring purpose and joy to both living and dying. We will learn simple meditations and contemplations to transform our experience of daily life into one of awakening. The talk will draw on Pema’s recently released book, Luminous Awareness: A Guidebook to Natural Awakening in Life and in Death, which has been described as laying out “a path of simple, unrestricted practices leading to the exact same result as Dzogchen – total awakening”. Dzogchen is considered to be Tibet’s highest and most precious teaching, normally reserved for an elite few and kept secret. Pema will explain how the Tibetan Book of the Dead points to a path equally sublime yet open to all.
