We’re more connected than ever, and for many of us, lonelier than ever. What does real connection actually feel like? And can we care about someone so much that it stops feeling like a connection at all? Join us for an open conversation led by Venerable Kalden as we explore together what it means to be truly connected, with others and with ourselves. No experience with meditation or Buddhism is necessary. All are welcome.
