What is Goodness as described in the Buddha’s dispensation?
Why is it so important as the foundation of our spiritual journey? How do we practice goodness? How does this practice lead to our happiness and the happiness of others?
About the speaker: Ariyamangalā, comes from a large family, originally from the Philippines, and migrated to Sydney, Australia as a child. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts Communication Writing & Contemporary Cultures.
