Metta Centre and Santi Forest Monastery (https://santifm.org/santi/) are honoured to host Ajahn Brahm for his Sydney tour, 16-18 February 2024. The tour will commence with public talk on 16 February. The evening will start with guided meditation, followed by a talk on the Power of Stillness, and then the audience will have an opportunity to ask questions.

On 17 February, you can reap the benefits of meditation and stillness through a Day of Practice led by Ajahn Brahm. Learn how to still the busy mind from the expert and take charge of your physical and mental wellbeing. Then in the evening, you can join us for a Gala Dinner as we fundraise for Santi Forest Monastery’s latest project: a suburban nun’s’ residence. On 18 February, you can meditate with Ajahn Brahm and listen to his sermons in the impressive Big Cave at Santi Forest Monastery in Bundanoon – a unique opportunity to deepen your practice.

All talks and teachings will be offered free of charge to the public. If you would like to sponsor or donate towards the cost of this event. Please visit https://santifm.org/santi/donate-on-line-here/
