In this four-week Tai Chi course, participants will learn and practice Tai Chi (Yang Style). The class is suitable to all levels, including for beginners. The instructor will guide participants in Tai Chi, in a flowing meditation class, which will include limbering, the Qigong Eight Pieces Brocade, Dynamic practice, Static practice and a Meditative practice. Although participation in the every session is not required to complete the course, but it is recommended.
Sessions are facilitated by Raul Bassa, who has been practicing Tai Chi and Qigong since 1992. He has learnt from a number of tradition Chinese masters and is familiar with the Static-Style Qigong, the Fluid-Style Qigong and a combination of these with meditation.
