These monthly practice sessions are open to all ages, and parents with their children can practice the Dharma together. In these practical sessions, children and adults can discover ways to bring mindfulness and kindness into each other’s lives, into their hearts, and into their home. In this way, we can find our way back to our true home.
The sessions will be facilitated by Sister Emerald and Sister Steadiness, both students of Ven Thich Nhat Hanh.
For parents with children aged 5 years and under, please ensure that at least one parent is to be present with their child or children.
As children and adults may have specific needs, please bring packed vegetarian lunches for yourself and any children coming with you, if you wish to participate in lunch.
